ATS 4040 – Fire Telephone System
- The fire telephone system is designed for two-way communication between various locations and fire control room for emergency communication.
- System Description: The fire telephone system consists of one master control unit, no of talk back telephones, wall mounting sockets along with associated field cabling.
- The Master Control Desk is a tabletop unit with facility for feather touch zone selection,and indication with built in mic and press to talk switch.
- The controller panel is free floor standing 19” enclosure panel with controller unit mounted inside the rack. The unit is prewired for amplifier and field termination on rear side.
Types of Telephone Available
- Portable Telephone: This is a telephone handset (attractive ABS body) with mic, earpiece, coiled chord and control electronics built inside with end connector.
- Socket box:- Flush mounting socket with SS facia and instruction plate is ideal for quick and easy installation.
- Enclosure box is with handset, cradle and electronics. As soon as handset is lifted master control unit will get audio visual selection. After selection by master two way communication can take place.
- Cabling: 3 pair signal cable or cat5 cable is required to be laid from each talkback point to control desk.
- On any floor you can parallel multiple such talkback points (say 15 nos.)
- In case of emergency, Field operator will insert handset in nearby socket. This will give flashing LED and buzzer at controller unit.
- Control room operator will select the flashing LED button and will have conversation with the field operator.
