Operating Principle , Features and Application

Operating Principle:

Manufactured from selected alloy steel, these solid one-piece vises are fully hardened (45–50 HRC) and tempered to ensure stability and durability. Accuracy: Parallelism: 0.015 mm max (15 microns), Perpendicularity: 0.015 mm max (15 microns). Adjustable vises are available in various sizes and are defined by base width or jaw width, i.e., W75 = base width or jaw width = 75 mm.
