What Is Easy lock?
Easy lock is a pin with a knob that has a spherical projection (ball) at one end.
It is a type of quick-release mechanism that facilitates the fastening and removal of machines and equipment, and is used to temporarily fasten parts together. The ball is a spherical component inserted into the pin’s mounting points to hold it securely in place, with its size and shape designed based on application and load requirements. The shank is the cylindrical body that holds the ball and controls its movement during installation and removal, ensuring proper fit within the hole. The button screw controls the locking mechanism, allowing the user to secure or release the ball manually by operating the button, which moves the ball into position for locking.
