Mr. Pandurang Shinde, born in a farmer’s family in Patkhal village, Satara, was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. Starting his journey in a small-scale engineering industry in 1980, he completed multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, including an M. Tech from IIT Mumbai. Mr. Pandurang Shinde pioneered the development of Cyclo speed reducers in India and has since led PRS Verse to become a leader in engineered product development. His commitment to excellence and social causes, like running a school and an eye hospital in Satara, reflects his dedication to both industry and community.
