Stirrer Classifications –
- Hand held stirrer (For low viscous, lab applications)
- Pneumatic motor driven stirrer with single post hoist for 20/25/50 ltr pail (Automated lifting of stirrer)
- Electrically driven stirrer on twin post hoist 20/50/200 lit pails (For high viscous materials)
Available turbine blade sizes –
- TB-70 (Best suited for hand held stirrer for smaller pails)
- TB-110(Medium duty turbine suited to fit on tank covers)
- TB-180(Heavy duty turbine suited for 200 ltr hoist)
- Rotary mixing stirrer driven by flameproof or EX-certified electric motor.
- Effiecient crushing and mixing of the material due to its unique blade construction
- Used for blading of all kinds of liquid and semi solid products
- Eliminate any vortex effect, consequently avoiding any inclusion of air bubbles.
- Especially suitable in dissolving, dispersing and crushing of particulates.
- Mounting options available on pneumatic hoist for(20/200 ltr pail) for ease of operation and can be used to mix varying quality of material in standard pails.
- Blending within minutes, as against over hoursof stirring by the conventional agitatior.
- Most suitable for proper blending of paints before applications, glue mixing in water in proper industries, mixing of resins in ink base manufactures, best for homogeneous mixing of diverse viscous materials, etc.
